Is PE the best job in the world?
Where would you rank PE among your version of the "best jobs in the world" list?
Let's take out the jobs that aren't really jobs, such as being an NBA player, A-List Hollywood Actor, or pornstar (and stuff like CEO of Google and President of the US).
1. PE
2. Board of Directors member of a well-known firm
3. Radiation Oncologist (cool ass job, make a nice $500k per year working 50 hours/week saving lives and shit without really having to deal with much of the downsides of medicine)
4. Plastic Surgeon (I was really close to being pre-med at one point if you couldn't tell)
5. Upper management at a well-known firm

You forgot to put 7
You forgot to put 7 figure/year international assassin up there. And navy seal. And astronaut. Same for these guys (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4B36Lr0Unp4&feature...). But ya, even with them still on there, PE associate still ranks #1 in my book.

Yes, it has to be the best
Yes, it has to be the best job in the world even compared to NBA players, A List Hollywood Actor or pornstars!
I would easily take a BX PE job over Google CEO and definitely over US President

I would take a PE job, but if given the choice of any job in the world, it's not what I would choose.

They all have husbands and wives and children and houses and dogs, and, you know, they've all made themselves a part of something and they can talk about what they do. What am I gonna say? "I killed the president of Paraguay with a fork. How've you been?"
