Is the user DickFuld for real?

Do people on this board actually believe this troll is for real? I mean seriously why the fuck would Dick Fuld be active on a finance forum primarly used by college kids looking for internships? Through it'd be pretty cool if he actually was for him.

Can confirm it's Dick. Can't get into it, though.

Can also confirm. If anyone know's legit Dick when they see it... it's me.

Of course I'm real. Did you think I was just some smart, witty, and ridiculously good looking computer generated response system?

well ok mr. dick swinging gorrila ceo but why don't you become a Certified User

@"WallStreetOasis.com" was a major shareholder in Lehman pre-crisis. Patrick denied his application.

You're right....this has gone on too long. @andylouis says I can't be certified without a work email address, which is fairly difficult when my firm doesn't exist anymore. Andy, help me figure out another way to certify.

Also, Andy, I'm sure everyone would agree that this is a fairly important thread that should probably be front-paged immediately.

Hey its nice to see another pompous asshole getting shit from the lower class of WSO.

Also glad someone was smart enough to throw out the spoon joke.

Wait...hold on a second here OP. I just read a thread you started about going into college. FOR FUCK'S SAKE, I'M GETTING TROLLED BY A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT QUESTIONING IF I'M REAL?

Are you real OP?

Yes i'm finishing high school right now i'm a senior and i'm attending college in the fall but why does that even matter? Didn't expect to get so much shit for this thread i was mostly screwing around but can you really blame me for being skeptical of a user on a forum claiming to be a ( former?) powerful personality?

I remember something along the lines of the guys running WSO confirming that the user @DickFuld is actually Mr. Richard Fuld.

If that's true then I apologize @DickFuld I didn't mean any disrespect it's just that on the internet 99.9% of people claiming to be someone are fake and at first of course I thought you were a troll. Then I read some posts of yours that were really insightful so then I thought that what if you might actually be really Richard Fuld. So if all the people saying that you're not a regular internet troll and actually the real deal aren't lying then I'm looking forward to read more of your posts. I'll probally start a new account ater this as I don't want to be the next @VikrumBandit. Also I'm sorry for what happened to Lehman.

It's ok. Sometimes, I myself actually wonder if I am the real Dick Fuld because I sure don't feel like myself after September of 2008. Everything I had done in my career until that point had been an overwhelming success, with nothing more than a few speed bumps along the way. Then, it all vanished in the blink of an eye. It really was a life changing event in ways that are difficult to describe.

On the bright side, at least I discovered WSO where I could give back to the next generation of finance professionals, to keep whatever small sliver I can of 'Lehman green' blood flowing through the system.

you stupid fucker...I called him a troll because I thought he was impersonating the real Dick Fuld who should receive nothing less then respect. Do you really think I care about receiving MS? lol I'm fucking tired of all the "this generation gets everything on a silver platter" bullshit.

Whoa. All his posts, everything... just wiped out. I think most websites simply don't let banned users make posts/comments, but not the good folks of WSO. One click, one order to an intern, and BAM! All traces of the user removed from the face of WSO.

@"wallstreetoasis.com" must feel like a God while banning people from his website...

Move along, nothing to see here.

I would guess the Bandit asked to have everything wiped from memory so he can be reincarnated with a fresh start on WSO.

He should now team up with MissMoneyPenny to come back as a superuser

I don't know if this site could handle such a 2nd coming
