I'd imagine that it depends. Saying "Moet et Chandon" would mean you pronounce the "t," since it's followed by "et," so you enunciate. But "Moet" on its own?

Yeah, you pronounce the 't' no matter what. Moet isn't a French name, it's dutch, I believe. It started as a partnership between two families. To be honest, I'm a bit rusty on it, but google that shit for the details. I learned from seeing it on some show years ago.
