Non-Target, so you know I need HELP

Hi guys, I'm a first time poster just wondering if I can have WSO wreck on my resume as you guys are so good at doing. I already have an unpaid internship for this summer (currently a sophomore) but I'm hoping to start networking with bankers in the city so I want my resume prepared beforehand (to hopefully show them). I want to try and get an IB summer gig for after junior year so all feedback would be helpful !

EDIT: Took everyone's advice and also converted to WSO format

Literally got lucky. They posted online (not at my school) and I went through two rounds of interviews and they gave me a part time position. Just grinded from there and they offered me full time for the summer just last week

The content is solid, but the layout could use a lot of work. Try a different font; this one is pretty painful.

From there: 1) Remove the space under your headings ("Education," "Work/Leadership Experience,") etc. That's a few wasted lines already. However, can gain a bit of space by making your spacing between jobs a font-size or two smaller (so, if you're using TNR 12, your spacing between "SQL Servers, leading to the deal being killed" and the next experience would be with a size 8 or 10 font).

2) Your headings are inverted. Education/company and location on top, degree/role and dates on bottom, like this:

MIT WSO won't show---> Cambridge, MA BS, Computer Science Expected May 2015

UBS WSO won't show--> New York, NY Summer Analyst, Financial Institutions Group May 2012 - August 2012

Make sure your name/role and dates/location align.

3) Don't bold your bachelor's, and change the education date from "September 2012 to present" to Expected May 201X.

Combine your GPAs into one line, e.g.: Cumulative GPA (bold this part): 4.0/4.0 (don't bold/italicize/etc this part), Major GPA: 4.0/4.0

4) In your interests section, make the indentation on the second line align with the bolded "Interests" word.
