Which frat dominates the street..

Let's see which fraternity has the most amount of presence on the street..

List your own + your MD if you know it

I'll start...

MD is a Sigma Chi. We hired 2 SA's in the West Coast office who are Sigma Chi's as well.

Bitter GDI's. No one likes them now no one liked them in college.

definitely no big deal, but it is an extremely easy way of breaking the ice and striking up a conversation with your peers and superiors.

I have to say though, my MD acts in a totally different way towards me (jokes around and tells stories from college) in the few social settings that I've been lucky enough to be apart of.

Not sure if it is a good thing, but I was constantly (more so while in school, then now) asked by girls if I was a Pike. Not sure how to take it but obviously there is a certain look or something. Are you Pikes good looking? I hope so, lol.

On a humorous note, the Pikes at FSU were rumored to have to build their new house off campus because they weren't a fan of following rules. Which sucked for them (kinda) because it wasn't in true walking distance to the campus so fewer drugable chicks wandered to their parties and harder to dispose of any lifeless bodies. Badass house nonetheless.

Sounds like someone who did not get a pledge bid from us.

I swear fucking geology rocks didn't get in cause he's a nerd and is shitting on us. Feel bad for you buddy but I guess you just weren't good enough

I think I've heard this brought up a handful of times over a decade - literally doesn't matter at all in the real world.

The only thing that matters now, is how many commas you have.

Don't think its a huge deal, and not make or break for anyone. That being said, I don't think specific fraternities matter, but being in one means you have another thing in common with some other guys. In the final round for the offer I accepted for this coming summer, I noticed the VP was a former alum of my school and also in a fraternity (not mine) and that definitely helped break the ice. Not being or being in Greek life doesn't matter, so long as you have other things to find in common.
