New and Improved Search Module

As you might have noticed, we have launched a new and improved search module with Google's technology.
Now you should be able to find a lot of the rich content on WSO in the archives MUCH easier. In addition, you can now search with two or three letters no problem (ie "MS" or "GS", "tmt", etc) and still get results.
Many, many, many other improvements are on there way in the coming weeks. Please stay tuned.
In other news, we are now over 15,000 registered members strong. While we are a little behind my goal to reach 20k registered members by the end of 2008 I know it's still possible so any help on that front recruiting your friends and colleagues would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
Patrick

Patrick, You may want to
Patrick,
You may want to exclude from search results any URLs that have /user/ in them (ie. profile pages). Most of my searches are turning up the "track" pages for users that have posted in threads of interest, rather than the threads themselves.
Also, there is not much (any) content on those user pages that someone would actually be searching for - people are searching for threads.
