Here's a First Look at Andrew Ross Sorkin's HBO movie Too Big to Fail, premiering in May. At first it was hard for me to imagine some of the casting, but some of it is so good that it's down right spooky. Paul Giamatti as Ben Bernanke will make you do a double take, and William Hurt as Hank Paulson is a dead ringer as well. Looks like it's going to be really good (and I'd expect nothing less from HBO). Enjoy:

naturally ill go see it, but I feel this whole theme has been played out (PBS frontline did two things on it, Channel 4 did something on it, Wall Street 2, countless books etc). Doubt ill come away with anything new.

I agree, it's not going to bring anything new to the table. I'm just hoping it's something on the order of Barbarians at the Gate or, to a lesser degree, Bonfire of the Vanities. Just an enjoyable movie about something that actually happened that isn't a documentary.

HBO seems to get a kick out of bucking the trend, so I'm thinking that it should be pretty close to the truth. A lot of actors go there to add 'gravitas' to their career, so there is a good chance that they may target the hypocrisy of the the politicians more than the banks. They're going to take some cheap shots though because, well, that shit sells.

When I pulled up berkshire hathaways website there was a geico ad on the bottom. Really? Ole Warren isn't making enough so he has to sell ad space on his website?
