Occupy What Street?

Okay, this is some funny stuff. The staff of FunnyOrDie went out to interview the #OccupyWallStreet crowd and this is what they came up with. It's like a Tea Party rally in reverse:

These people are idiots. Fuck corporations? Who gives out jobs? The U.S government? Holy shit.

The answer to your question is 1) network 2) get involved 3) beef up your resume 4) repeat -happypantsmcgee WSO is not your personal search function.

What a GD waste of time and misguided efforts. Fucking amazing mob mentality ultimately promoting apathy and laziness, regardless of whatever so called mission they originated from... no consistent message, few if any with an understanding, outside of talking points, of the subject matter they assert themselves to be experts.

And as for the guy at the end... you wonder what is wrong with our government? Its self righteous fucks like that guy. He took his ID, under what authority.. the auspices that he works for the government so via proxy he's now authorized to enforce his will upon you under some made up regulations spur of the moment.

FYI you don't need press credentials to use a camera and ask questions... JESUS!

olafenizerI'd fuck the chick with the didgereidoo.

I'd also consider fucking her with the didgereidoo.

Not only does she look like she's against shaving, she looks like she harvests the desallocated trees from the Amazon forest down there.

Pass.

Edmundo BravermanLOL. There was so much WIN in that last suit that I don't even know where to begin. You need a press pass to interview people. What do I need to punch you in the dick, loser?

Haha yeah, that was uncalled for.

excuse me what do you think of revolutions sir? not a fan?

Here's the thing. If you can't spot the sucker in the first half hour at the table, you are the sucker.

It's only a matter of time before things get ugly. My bet is it will likely start on the west coast, Seattle maybe.

Yo, Occupiers...you should keep these sort of people away from the camera because they are harming your cause

...causes

...actually, we don't know what you want so I'm not sure which one it is. Maybe he's part of the majority?

Anyways, pretty funny stuff.

This video is in the same vein as Eddie's original post...

I also want to point out something I don't think has been pointed out. One of the biggest problems with our country today is the lack of pride. Many of these people exemplify that lack of pride. Maybe it's just me, but I would do ANY job to support myself and my family. I don't want shit given to me, I want to EARN it.

I think that is a very important point that always gets overlooked. I realize for ignorant people, that aren't capable of weighing pros and cons, the grass is always greener on the other side...but as soon as I hear someone say anything to the effect of, "We should be more like XYZ" I end the conversation. Why be more like XYZ when you can live in XYZ.

The US is the most accomplished nation in the history of our planet. We have created more wealth and opportunity than any other place on the face of this planet...bar none. Are we really that bad? I understand wanting to make the place you live the best place possible...so not just better than the rest...but most of the people that claim "Europe is a better place" just have no clue.

In my mind the only place that could potentially rival the opportunities and quality of life that are available in the US is Canada...and that's only because the US exists. Without us, they would be another facsimile of Europe and probably on the verge of collapse from the overwhelming burden of supporting a bunch of dependent freeloaders.

As a wise man once said, "Sure, I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is, I'm not. I honestly just feel that America is the best country and the other countries aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism." Just sayin'.
