What to do until your start date...

start an online business / blog and/or learn a new skill like cooking or ultimate fighting. Spend 6-8 hrs/day on it and within 6 months you should be pretty advanced.

Stay around campus. Get a job tending bar or something like that to cover expenses. Spend time with your college buddies. Read for leisure. Master each day of the Times crossword. Work out 2 hours a day. Pick up a hobby. Even take a couple of weeks to split and go travel. The bottom line is that this will most likely be the last time until retirement that you have over 6 months to do whatever you want and spend quality time with people or to take time for yourself. Enjoy that shit man.

Try to travel and work out. It's hard to stay in shape once you start, so going in on a good note is helpful.

same situation but starting in BB IBD - take what you will but these are my plans.

1. work out - train for a half marathon
2. backpack europe for 2 weeks
3. study up what i know will be useful for work (excel, etc.)
4. sleep and eat

thats interesting... im thinking about taking a 9 month trip to south america to get rid of my girlfriend

Move to a snowboarding town, get a job with the people that run the mountain, and ride on your free days
