Are F500 summer internships paid?
I've applied to a handful of F100 companies for a summer internship but most of the locations are on the east coast or far away from where I live. Does anyone know if these internships are generally paid? Thank you.
Not sure if serious
The F500 I will be joining pays ~$20/hr + a relocation option if you live over a certain distance away from your posting.
I will also be joining a F100 on East Coast and I live in the Midwest. Can you describe your relocation option?
Thanks.
You can take a lump sum, or bunk with someone in an apartment the company finds for you.
Most of the ones that are unpaid are the ones on the West Coast. Like the entertainment related ones.
Not true at all. I'm at Disney right now and am getting paid. Friends at WB and Fox are also getting paid.
Most are.
Thanks for the replies. I knew a few were but most didn't explicitly state if they were paid (not that I expected them to list that).
Yes- F100 FLDP internship will pay me $21/hr. Another F100 company my friend works at pays ~$17/hr
Excellent information. Thank you.
Both of mine during college paid $22/hour and $19/hour
Sophomore - 21/hr Junior - 27/hr Senior - 28/hr
The insurance companies in Connecticut pay between 17-20 per hour, but I would believe that almost all F500 companies that have a structured internship program will generally be paid.
