Calling Chicago Traders - Internships - Top Banks? Best Desks? Salaries?

I am a currently a Junior majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship and am interested in working on a trading floor in a Chicago bank. I am particularly interested in fixed income, commodities and derivatives. I am coming from a non-target but have a 3.8 GPA. Is a lack of math courses beyond Calc II going to be a major disadvantage? What banks offer internships on their trading floors in Chicago? What desks/products are the best to work with and how do the salaries compared to traders in NY. Thanks for any information you can give.
