GE Financial Management Program in asset management

Anyone know anything about the GE FMP program in Asset Management? Compensation, bonus, skills acquired, life after the 2 years? Is it legit?

heard 50K + 1K sign on for all FMP's last year (raise every six months when you do a new rotation)...
i believe it's called GE Capital now

My friend has an FMP offer, 55k, 3k signon, and not sure about any bonus. (I'm not sure if this is for GE Capital, but I think FMPs are the same all around)
