Might seem lame to most but I'm just an accounting type of guy. Could anyone give their 2 cents on audit opportunities in bb vs big 4? In terms of salary and exit opps mostly. Also how does someone land an internal audit job at an investment bank? Most banks aim their recruiting for those trying to get into IBD or AM, S&T etc. They don't really have internships or programs for auditors.

I'm usually one to white-knight accounting threads, but internal audit is something you seriously do not do unless you really want to be an internal auditor (not accountant) for a career. It's a 9 to 5 and many people like it, but seriously get a very good idea of what you're getting in to and what you want to do long-term (especially going straight into it from school). "Networking" or whatever the monkeys call it these days into a front-office position is. not. possible.
Between these two choices I'd strongly recommend going the Big 4 route, since it sets you up with the skill set to move... anywhere but internal audit. If you put in your time in Big 4 and still decide you like IA (possible) then congratulations, you're a slam dunk into any internal audit department anywhere and you've got the CPA and will likely come in as a manager.
Go Big4, it will open up a lot of doors for you.

I have interviews for a corporate audit position at a large bank [think Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, etc]. I also have interviews for all the big4 companies (3 for audit, 1 for risk management)
Let's assume I get summer offers for all of them. Which should I pick?
My long term goal would be to get into Harvard or Stanford Business school. Which position, in terms of work experience, would give me the best chances at these schools?

There have been folks from all walks of life at these b-schools.
Rather than choose based on what gives you the best chance, choose based on what you feel will be the most interesting and enjoyable working environment for you. Because the more you enjoy your work, the more likely it'll reflect on your job performance.

Right, I agree that the choice of my job should be something I enjoy.
But all things held constant, what would probably look good for B-school admissions? 3 years of auditing at PwC or 3 years of corporate auditing at a big bank?
Avoid looking at career decisions in such a one-dimensional manner of "all things being constant" because in the real world (which you're in) it doesn't exist.
Again, go with what you feel is best for you and your individual situation, personality, the specific individuals in the firm you'll be working with (which is HUGE because that will dictate the quality of your experience more than anything else).

PWC will vary more, different companie sacross different industries.
Id prefer that, but maybe you love the bank side of things.
