Warning: Site Down Tonight at 1:00am EST to about 3am EST

Just as an FYI, tonight/tomorrow at 1:00am EST the site will be brought offline to upgrade to a later version of Drupal (5.9). After this upgrade is complete we will also have the added benefit of QuickButtons which allow the user to access much more info / content with the push of a few buttons. For example, the New forum topic block will still be New Forum topics, but it will now have 3 buttons at the top so you can toggle between, New forum topics, Active forum topics and POpular forum topics, all on the same block. This is going to bring out a lot of the great content on this site that is hidden in the archives, save a lot of space in the side columns and hopefully clean up the layout overall.

This is only the first initiative of many. We will then also be adding Group functionality which will allow the Certified users to have their own space, as well as the moderators, as well as the thousands of finance clubs around the world. The goal is this will help facilitate networking in between clubs and if they don't have one already, a space where they can come to announce events, post pictures, etc.

Many other initiatives in the works....including podcast functionality for users. It will take us another month or so to bring them all to you, but WSO will be a much more dynamic, useful and fun site after that.

Thanks, Patrick
