Who to address the COVER LETTER to? HR person or the Future Boss??
Who to address the COVER LETTER to? HR person or the Future Boss?
The job listing has the name of the HR person (Senior HR Analyst) but the job description says the person will report to the Director of IT. I know the name of the Director of IT in the organization, so should I just use their name or should I use the name of the HR person?
This is for a state job if that matters, at all.
