For those of you that work on a sales desk, whether institutional or corporate, what books do you recommend reading that will help one gain an edge? Any books that give insight on strengthening client relationships, networking, influencing people, etc. I have compiled a list of books that others have recommended - add to the list:

I would like to add Mind Power into the 21st Century by John Kehoe.

In sales it is very important to be positive and not getting down on yourself.

 

Lololol, read a book???? It's not so important to know much about the snow. It's more important to be able to sell it to the eskimo.
