Lunch is for wimps!

I should have know someone would say that. I am not taking about Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I mean meals 1-8 eating every 2 hours. Besides how could bodybuilder stay so muscular if they only ate one lunch?

As soon as my GERD heals, I am planing to start bulking again. Does anyone have ideas about what foods are quickest to eat, and what jobs would allow me to eat 8 meals a day and 8,000-9,000 calories?

We have two options here:

1) You're a bodybuilder but have absolutely no idea of how to eat, which would be ironic.

2) You have no idea on what bulking means.

Why would you consume 8000-9000 calories a day? It's the amount of calories pro bodybuilders eat per day...

Anyway, I'll try to help you even if you're diet plan is strange (mind explaining why you're aiming at 8k?). Pre-cook chicken breasts, green vegetables and sweet potatoes/brown rice. Put it in a tupperware along with some nuts in a separate bag.

8000 is retarded and a waste. unless you are 300 lbs and work out twice a day there is no reason. do you even know how to count macros? or how hard 8000 clean calories is...

peanut butter, milk, mixed nuts, protein shakes, protein bars, microwave rice, microwave precooked chicken pieces. my bb has a big pantry with a fridge and microwave etc. so makes it easy, on 3500/day right now, 20% fat, 40% carbs, 40% protein

i tired to down 6,000 cals in one day and almost passed out. I'm not small by any means either.

if you want to bulk you need to be in a calorie surplus. not fucking 4,000 calories over your maintenance level but more like 400. I would continue the normal breakfast/lunch/dinner routine but, would also include a pre-bedtime protein snack. As for snacks throughout the day you should be fine with fruits, nuts, and some sort of protein like a shakes, greek yogurt, or a protein bar at your desk, This will take care of you carbs, healthy fats, and protein needs throughout the day and make all kinds of gains.

Thanks, protein bars area a good idea for snacks. Pizza is too satiating and too tiresome. My brother tried a pizza and ice cream diet (plus protein) and he only put on three pounds.

But as for the cals I am already eating 5,000+ a day and not gaining weight. Glucose polymers help but not all day. Maybe I need to find meetings that involve food. LOL
