I did a quick search to see if I could find any info on compensation at HL and didn't see anything recent. Does anyone have any insights as to how they compensate Associates? Does it vary between locations (Chicago, NYC, Dallas, etc)?
Any view at all here would be helpful as there doesn't seem to be much out there on this topic.

Thanks for pointing me there.

Also, if anyone has any clue how things are in the Dallas office (if they are on par or up or down from these numbers) then I'd be curious to know.

Too tired to read the whole post. Just completing my first year as an analyst at HL in corporate finance. In every regard it has been an awesome experience. I have gained some great financial modeling skills and met some great people.
Regarding pay. It has been very competitive, on the same level with BB and other reputable advisory firms. Hope this helps
