Houlihan Lokey: Associates compensation

I did a quick search to see if I could find any info on compensation at HL and didn't see anything recent. Does anyone have any insights as to how they compensate Associates? Does it vary between locations (Chicago, NYC, Dallas, etc)?

Any view at all here would be helpful as there doesn't seem to be much out there on this topic.

there are some Associate comp datapoints in our Company Database:

//www.wallstreetoasis.com/company/houlihan-lokey/compensation

Thanks for pointing me there. However, I took a look at the two datapoints and one was in LA and the person indicated they had been at the firm for 6 years but in the industry for 3 years. Maybe that was just a typo?

Also, if anyone has any clue how things are in the Dallas office (if they are on par or up or down from these numbers) then I'd be curious to know.
