Incoming 2027 IB SA at Wells Fargo. Trying to finalize group preferences and have FIG high on my list.
My concern: I keep hearing FIG "pigeonholes" you, but I'm trying to understand what that actually means in practice. Does it make exits harder?

FIG can be more specialized, but exits to PE or other areas are still very doable with strong performance and networking.
