Help on a Pitchbook

Hi guys, I need to have a look at a pitchbook model for IB. And I know it is pretty hard to obtain one, but just as a guide everyone recommends the "Proposed Acquisition of Heller Financial by United Technologies Corporation" that is uploaded in the following link: http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=909704

But I don't have access to that, as it requires a login and password. So, does anyone has this pitchbook already in .pdf and can please forward to my e-mail.

I appreciate your help.
tks a lot!

I agree this is a really

I agree this is a really weird request without being honest about why you want it, even if it is as simple as: I want to look at one.

However, I need to point out the fact that Gorilla Whale "Shall give you nothing" because he has never even seen one.

Hilarious.

While the latter is certainly true, there isn't a correlation between that fact and my denial of his request.

Nor did I imply anywhere that I had ever seen one, so good job on that call, ass.

Well... Claiming that you

Well...

Claiming that you will not give someone something means that you have that something not to give out in the first place

touché

That's a pretty big assumption to make. Assume less, fat-head.

Please stop PMing me asking

Please stop PMing me asking for what the original poster was referring to.

I downloaded the pitch book from SSRN and it is locked. You need a UVA Faculty login to access it. OR- you can purchase it for $6 from the Darden Press web page.

seriously?

A casual observation -- Gorilla Whale, instead of running your mouth like you're the big cheese, why don't you keep your head down and absorb as much knowledge here as you can? I assure you this is a more direct route towards getting into finance.

numi, I don't see where I

numi, I don't see where I was being arrogant. normally, I do try to be conducive in facilitating productive discussion; here, I was affronted by someone with something up his ass who couldn't take a couple of jokes.

I also fail to see what useful knowledge this thread contains for anyone, aside from elan's last post.

no offense intended towards anyone, if I came off as rude here.

Hahaha

I cant believe I took this as rude. As I am sure everyone else made the same dumb mistake in thinking this was rude, I am glad you cleared it up and I now understand that you were simply trying to make a point with the highest of class. Thank you.

Oh and I'm sure this wasn't rude either. I guess we actual bankers that have actually graduated college, made it into IB, seen pitchbooks and have some clue as to what we are talking about just don't understand things quite like a 19 yr old like yourself does. Thank you for being so awesome and maybe someday we can all achieve such a high level of understanding like you.

hee hee
