Salary of VPs/ MDs
How much is the average (base and bonus) for VPs and MDs? Also, what is the average length of time before being promoted to VP, adn then MD (from the time you start as a first year associate)? I have heard about 4-5 years to VP, and then an additional 2-4 for MD, but I am not sure if those were correct.
