I am an engineer turned business and operations professional, driven by a strong interest in transformation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. My career began in engineering and R&D, but my passion for business management and operations led me to take on broader strategic responsibilities early on. As a mentor, I enjoy helping others navigate career growth in engineering, business operations, consulting, and transformation roles. I am especially passionate about supporting ambitious professionals who want to broaden their impact, accelerate their learning curve, and develop both strategic and operational thinking.

I am a Management Consultant currently at Altman Solon, the world’s largest TMT-focused strategy boutique. With a background spanning Strategy& (PwC) and Alvarez & Marsal, I’ve navigated the recruitment cycles of Tier-2 and elite boutique firms, securing offers by mastering the art of the case interview.

My professional experience includes leading high-stakes technical due diligence for GPU clusters and AI infrastructure, as well as building $1.8B valuation models. I specialize in helping candidates bridge the gap between "solving a case" and "thinking like a consultant." Whether you are a STEM major transitioning to business or a professional targeting TMT/Strategy roles, I provide structured frameworks and the "so-what" mindset needed to stand out.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Spanish from Marquette University (cum laude), M.S. in Finance from the University of Virginia, and a full-time MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. I worked for 5 years for the boutique management consultancy, Pace Harmon, where I advised Fortune 100 clients (across industries) on cost reduction and business optimization.  I primarily performed rigorous financial modeling, contract negotiation, and advised on operational improvements.  During this time, I founded a non-profit in Rwanda, wherein I provided college admissions counseling and test prep for various schools, and performed social impact consulting for a handful of institutions, NGO, and small businesses.

I attended the University of Michigan for my MBA, where I was the Managing Director of the International Investment Fund, growing our scale from India to Africa and Latin America, advised several Detroit non-profits, as well as African private equity and tech companies.  I interned for Google the summer between MBA1 and MBA2 in Ads Finance, and then took a full-time role at Tesla in Engineering FP&A and Operations, where I succeeded, despite having no engineering background.  I unorthodoxically left Tesla to discern a vocation with the Jesuits, which was a transformative experience, but ultimately left to drive social change as a layperson.  In the time since leaving the Society, I have worked as a contract consultant, primarily for West Monroe Partners, functioning as a Program manager for automotive and healthcare clients.

I have spent a LOT of time tutoring in my day, whether it be disadvantaged youth or my classmates.  I really like to help people.  I should also add that I am fluent in Spanish.

Former M&A investment banker at PJT Partners in New York, where I worked on multi-billion dollar transactions. During my recruiting process, I received interviews from 5 other EBs and BBs before signing with PJT as my first choice. While at PJT, I was a part of the recruiting team, so I am familiar with what firms look for. I have helped over 40 students from non-target universities break into banking.

I broke in as an international student with a non-traditional background, which meant I had to be sharper on technicals and more strategic in networking than anyone competing from a top US college. I served as recruiting head for my college's investment club.

I help candidates build their story, master technicals (DCFs, LBOs, accretion/dilution), and navigate the full recruiting process. Whether you're an undergrad, a lateral from a non-traditional background, or an international student, I've either done it myself or coached someone through it.
