Prior to joining Aruwa Capital, she was the Strategy and Transformation Manager at Chemical & Allied Products Plc (CAP Plc), a subsidiary of UAC of Nigeria Plc, where was responsible for formulating and executing corporate strategy initiatives, business expansion and product diversification, and driving business analytics which improved overall business efficiency and margin performance.

Prior to CAP Plc., Seye was an Investment Professional with UAC of Nigeria Plc, where she was seconded as an Investment Adviser to the Ogun State Government and jointly appraised potential investment opportunities leading to over $1bn new investment in the State. She started her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), West Africa, where she led the execution of buy-side, sell-side, capital raise, debt restructuring and due-diligence mandates across Africa, Europe and Asia.

Sherif has vast experience in corporate and investment banking working on a diverse range of capital markets and financial advisory products in the GCC and North Africa. In 2012 Sherif Founded S.K.I.B Advisory as a boutique corporate finance advisory firm in the Emirate of Dubai, UAE. S.K.I.B Advisory is posed to enhance the utilization of financial advisory by extending the resources and services of large investment banks to small and mid-sized private businesses.  S.K.I.B Advisory offers a wide range of corporate finance advisory services with primary focus on M&A’s, private placements, debt raising, feasibility studies and business plans. Prior to SKIB Advisory, Sherif worked with CAPM Investment PJSC, a prominent Abu Dhabi based investment banking firm. where he successfully closed multiple private and public equity offerings.
