My career has been built around a simple idea: complex financial decisions don’t have to feel overwhelming when the analysis is sharp, the communication is clear, and the team behind the work genuinely cares about getting it right. That’s the mindset I bring to valuation, transaction opinions, strategy, and litigation support—and it’s what has kept me energized across every role I’ve taken on.

Today, as a Vice President in Kroll’s Transaction Opinions practice, I spend my time helping clients navigate some of their most consequential decisions. Fairness and solvency opinions, LBOs, GP‑led secondaries, recapitalizations—you name it, I’ve probably modeled it, stress‑tested it, and explained it to a boardroom full of people who needed clarity fast. I appreciate combining technical expertise with practical influence, and I find it particularly rewarding to guide teams on projects where both accuracy and thoughtful decision-making are essential.

Before this, I served as a Vice President in Kroll’s Valuation Advisory Services group, where my world revolved around financial reporting, investor reporting, transaction pricing, tax valuation, and litigation support. I’ve built transfer‑pricing models, valued derivatives using Python and VBA, and supported expert‑witness work across IP and commercial disputes. These experiences taught me how to break down complicated problems and communicate them in a way that resonates.

During the earlier stages of my career, I led valuation, litigation, and strategic projects at Anderson Economic Group, contributing significantly to firmwide revenue and serving as a designated subject matter expert in numerous court cases.  And before that, I led the equity research team at BNP Asia, setting investment strategy, developing derivative products, and analyzing companies across a wide range of industries.

Across all these roles, a few things have stayed constant: I care deeply about analytical rigor, I enjoy building and mentoring strong teams, and I’m happiest when I’m helping clients make decisions that truly matter. I also love improving how work gets done—most recently by leading the development of AI‑enabled valuation tools for Kroll’s Opinions practice.

Thank you for taking the time to review my background. I’d welcome the chance to bring this blend of technical depth, leadership, and practical problem‑solving to you.

Warm regards,
