Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview Questions
There were not many unexpected interview questions. Initial screening involved three questions that were recorded. These were akin to "why Marsh?", "how does your experience align to the position?", "tell us about yourself". The second round questions were pretty clearly unscripted, and interviewers had discretion over what they wanted to ask. First interviewer asked me to walk him through my previous internship and to describe an experience in the role that led to personal growth. Second interviewer focused heavily on fit, asking what I had read about Marsh in the news recently, how I interacted with coworkers, and a ton of "tell me about a time..." behaviorals.

Interview
They first email you telling you that you need to do an online, video recorded interview through Hirevue where you record answers to about 10 questions, then was asked to do in person interview in their office with 4 1-on-1 interviews where they ask behavioral questions.
Interview Questions
I was asked about an experience where I worked with a person or team who had a different personality than mine and how I went about doing my work in that case?

Also, I was asked about talking about the experience I had in leadership and how I think it would translate to the internship.

Most of the questions asked are super easy behavioral questions that can be answered by just having a few experiences in your mind and using the STAR method to answer them. The interviews flowed more like a conversation than them asking me questions.

Interview
The interview process first consisted of an on campus interview with many other students. The interview was behavioral and fairly simple. I heard that they were searching for a good personality fit and the selection process seemed slightly random because of that. I did not pass this interview, but those that did say that the next step was a Marsh Super Days event at the office in which they would interview with several managers.
