The Xen of Wall Street, he brings 20+ years of experience in Investment Banking at the likes of JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and has been privileged to have held multiple leadership roles primarily tasked with turning underperforming teams around through nontraditional Zen based leadership practices.

He has always had a passion for elevating others to be the best version of themselves and is on a mission to bring cultural transformation to Wall Street so that organizations and individuals can realize their potential in this age of the Great Resignation and Quiet Quitting.

He has multiple leadership credentials from Cornell University, a business degree from the School of Management at Boston University and on the ground practical experience in the finance industry.

Given his experience in the Business as well as in Human Resources, he can provide insights on how to give oneself the best chance to get hired when pursuing opportunities and how to progress within the organization with higher pay and promotions.

It's a roadmap and blueprint that he has direct knowledge about and that he wants to share with others who are in the pursuit of furthering their careers.

He is also one of the co-founders of the Homaira Rahman Foundation which centers around providing opportunities for orphaned children an education in Afghanistan.
