thumbs up on technical interview guide. it was definitely helpful. havent seen the rest.
Just got the technical today. Nice breakdown of beginner/intermediate/advanced questions depending on your background.
I have the technical, behavioural, and finance internship one.
Tech is great. Detailed.
Behavioural is decent. Worth the money.
The only one I regret is the finance internship one. Maybe it's because I did a summer already, but much of the stuff seemed very obvious to me.
@fudbox - what kinda stuff is in the finance internship one? I'm considering to purchase it. Is it only for IBD summer analysts, or good advice for any internship?
I bought the behavioral one - good questions and example answers I also bought the networking one, which is very repetitive and you can find pretty much all the information on these forums.
I have found the guides to be very thorough and highly relevant for individuals looking to prepare for interviews and internships.
I have purchased the Technical, Behavioral and Networking guides. All of them are great! I bought the Vault guides for $25 or $30 or whatever, but I think these guides are actually better. Well worth the $10 a piece, I would have even paid more.
technical is good behavioral is decent finance not so much, wouldnt recommend it.
We just released the Guide to Understanding TARP, and it is full of stuff that will surprise you. Here is a sample chapter so you can check it out before buying:

The WSO Guide to Understanding TARP
Hey guys, thanks for the candid responses...for those of you that weren't super-satisfied can you give us more specific feedback of what you'd like to see in future editions? We are always looking to improve the guides so all suggestions will be taken into consideration.
Thanks, Patrick
ps - The TARP Guide is great and we have a bunch more on the way including a "Breaking into PE Guide" that is extremely helpful

thanks guys,
I'm a nonfinance major preparing for an upcoming interview with a BB so I need to prepare myself well for the technical questions. Will the WSO Guide cover most of the expected technical questions? Any other books/guides you guys recommend?
The tech guide will definitely be great for you, it breaks everything down into beginner/intermediate/advanced. As a non-finance major I wouldn't expect much more than the beginner questions, but at least looking over everything would probably be a good thing.
Would definitely be interested in a HF guide..
hey, we are working on a lot of new guides...this one probably wont be ready until late summer, however.
Thanks for the patience, Patrick
