12 South Capital Partners is a private investment partnership designed with the goal to purchase, manage and grow one existing privately held small business with revenue of $5 million to $50 million. The focus areas for an acquisition include services related companies in the B2B & industrial verticals located in the Southeastern United States. The two partners are former US Army officers who met during their Afghanistan deployment. Their private sector experience includes such companies as Schlumberger, JPMorgan Chase, and Netflix. Each has a MBA from a top-tier global institution.
