Info session on campus followed by phone call and then interview at local venue with full-time analysts from firm.
Interview Questions
Interview relatively short but went through a case study and asked general questions about companies I like. Emphasis on personality as well which is expected of a relationship-oriented business like this firm. Not much else to say. It went reasonably well.

Interview
Was contacted over the phone that I was a candidate for the job and was asked what time works best to come into the office for the interview. Came in and was interviewed by two business managers and completed a short case study afterwards.
Interview Questions
They asked if there were any questions I was expecting to be asked and any questions I wasn't expecting to be asked. I blanked a little on the latter of the two but talked my way out of it. Asked mostly other basic questions such as strengths and weaknesses along with why I should be hired over another candidate and so on. Also asked if I would be available to work overtime on some specific days over the next few months and my expected working hours and wage. Overall, the questions were very straightforward and the two people conducting the interview were kind.

The case study was unexpected. Did not expect a case study for a corporate banking position. good process though. The case study asked ti analyze a company in a different country and risks with the business both qualitiative and quant. Not too hard but was random. I was describing my experience of winning a trading competition. And I was asked about how do you see your ideas in trading competition could be applied to real life world. I tried some answers, but did not get a very good one. That is the one I only miss to get right in the interview. So overall interview is ok. I am lucky to pass the stage. Be prepared for out-of-box questions if you are really interested in sales and trading area. But if you miss that is ok. just make sure you are solid with your fundamentals

Very fast process, in total it took around 3 weeks until I had my offer. First, you get invited to answer some HR related motivational questions, then there is a VP of the Business Dev. division asking you some Brainteasers and why you want to join.
Interview Questions
Brainteaser:
This is a very common Brainteaser you may get in interviews, in my interview it was the hardest part however. Imagine you are in the desert and you are entirely out of water. Surprisingly, there is one oasis where you can refill your containments and bottles. Unfortunately, the oasis is guarded by some men who have to protect the raw water in that region. That is what they say: You are only allowed to take exactly 4 litres of waters with you and you have those 2 buckets: a 3 liter bucket and a 5 liter bucket. How do you get exactly 4 liters of water?

It's a small commodity asset management firm, so communication was very swift and efficient. Received a reply just hours after I submitted my resume.
Interview Questions
They asked very detailed, mostly from a technical perspective, questions based on my resume, e.g. Tell me about yourself. What data structure you used to store weekly stock prices in the project you described? Do you know xts? What is it used for? Describe your machine learning project? Describe your past internship experience? What did you learn from it? Are you following news on the commodity markets? Are you aware of any major events that are happening right now on the markets? How is your option theory knowledge?
