The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

The recruiter knew me already, so I went straight to superday. But if you don't know the recruiter, I believe you get a phone screen first and then proceed to superday if you pass. I interviewed with 3 senior people, all 1-1 interviews of 30min each. After meeting with all of them, I get a call an hour later asking me to have a phone interview with the actual hiring manager. The interview questions were easy. No technical questions were ask, mostly behavioral/fit questions. The office's culture is chill. The people there are all smart and enjoy friendly competition. Most of them came from banking and the like because they wanted to have a less stressful work life. Although the process is easy, I would suggest that future applicants still prepare for the interviews because the recruiter told me that they're revamping the recruiting process to be more competitive next year.

Interview
Fun, easy, basic, laid back. A lot like previous experiences not very different no aberrations or variances from the norm. You should enter very relaxed and just tell em like it is. They need you badddllyy and that's about it. Enjoy you time with the skill test and remember how to count from one to ten in Japanese. Also, beware they will require you to tell them a joke, and the guy laughed at mine so hard.
