I met with all the senior and mid-level professionals and they were one on one interviews. Fairly qualitative in nature - just your standard 'why us?' 'why leave your firm'? It was both by phone and in person. People were generally quite likable.
Interview Questions
I don't recall anything particularly difficult, but they do want a good idea as to why you want to be there and in fund of funds.

"At the analyst level there may not be significant quantitative analysis involved compared to traditional private equity, how do you feel about that?"
