Interview
I networked with an employee there to get an interview. I first had a short phone interview then was asked to come in for an in person interview. My in person interview occurred at their offices, included basic technical questions. Ended with some behavior questions. Overall the interviewers were kind and also answered all of my questions.
Interview Questions
The questions I received were not to difficult. They included a lot of basic questions. A lot of questions about financial statements, valuations, and some about interest rates which can be a bit hard. Studying the WSO Guide was very helpful to get through the interview for me. I also got the basic questions like "Why investment banking? What made you choose this career field?" These questions I had thought out ahead of time. Nothing really surprised me or caught me out of left field in the interview. I would suggest studying basic finance leading up to the interview. The hardest questions came from current events. I would say you need to really stay updated with your current events knowledge to really impress.
