Had a phone interview with the COO. He brought me in later in the week, and I talked to both him and the CFO.
Interview Questions
The interview was very straight forward. Seems like they just wanted someone who was interested in learning about how an investment bank runs, considering it was small. The question that was similar to most interviews would be why banking.

The interview process was very brief. I submitted my resume and sent an email to the CEO of ABI. I had an interview the next week. The interview was a brief chat on interest and background, and I received a call within 3 days notifying me I was hired.
Interview Questions
The interview questions are pretty standard, nothing hard. It was a general chat on my background and my previous experience. Also asked about my future plans. I asked them what is their future vision for the company and they said they are expanding but will stay in the lower-middle market.
