Started with a resume drop on handshake. Afterwards, they send you a list of four questions to submit as a cover letter.

1. Why do you want this job?

2. Summarize previous academic research you've done in any field—theses, junior papers, lab work, etc. Include a brief description of the project’s central questions.

3. Discuss a time when you were unsure whether to follow conventional wisdom. What did you decide and why?

4. Identify a powerful or interesting idea you encountered in the past four years.
