Interview
Intro meeting with someone more junior who was very nice and eager to chat during the interview. Second round was with a partner who was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After grilling me with rapid fire technicals - which I answered all correctly - he would make many snide, sarcastic comments like "congrats, you know very basic accounting, you should feel very good about that." Then, he had me dissect a company during which he would straight up laugh at some of my assumptions. Overall, I took this as a negative reflection of the firm and likely a terrible place to work, and removed myself from the process.
