Long process Applied by email. In 2 weeks a quant trader emailed and scheduled a 30min phone interview. Almost no technical questions, basically wanted to hang up after I said I want sponsorship.

Interview Questions

Data structures, container classes, big O complexity of structures and functions, multithreading, SQL and databases, OOD questions, comparing different compilers. Several mathematical and logic based brain teasers.

Challenging maths questions where you had to describe your answer over the phone. In hindsight they were simple enough questions but as it was something I had not done before and I had focused on improving my finance knowledge in preparation for this interview I found it challenging.
