Invited to an on campus one on one interview. The next round was an on campus group interview however not a panel that you were interviewing with. I was given a business case and was assigned a certain division of the business with other candidates assigned other divisions of the business. We were assigned to solve the business case while representing our business division. The key was to work in a professional manner with the group while still defending your division. The next round of interviews was at the HQ and was broken into a behavior and another business case presentation which was assigned the night prior.
