I applied through on-campus recruiting. First 2 rounds were behavioral and then super day consisted of case interviews. Cases were less structured / traditional than other consulting firms and were more brainstorming focused.
Interview Questions
The cases were not ones where you could use a "Case in point" or Victor Cheng framework which made it difficult. They were more brain teaser type cases (e.g., I want to open a business how would I do it or something along those lines)

Interview
TLDR: Fast process, 3 video call interviews lasting an hour each, 2 of which had cases.

The interview process was very quick, in total lasting around a week and a half.

After submitting my application I was emailed an invitation to the first round interview, as well as a few "social" events which were zoom calls(good to go just to show you care).

The first round was an average difficulty profitability case, and after that a small behavioral interview. A few days after that I was invited to the final round, which is 2 1 hour interviews back to back. The first of the two was a purely behavioral interview. The second was another case. The next week I was called to be informed I got the offer.

Overall the process was fast, pretty enjoyable, and not too hard as long as you study your case interviews.

Interview Questions
The last case was an HR case, which I personally had not really practiced for and almost threw me off. Be prepared for cases that aren't just M&A, Profitability, Market Entry, etc.
