Interview
I applied online on their website. After 1 week their HR reached out by email to schedule a phone call as a first round. After that I got invited to complete a verbal, numerical and writing test at their offices.
Interview Questions
On the phone call they were making sure I knew the different types of due diligence (they are usually involved in those in transaction services).
They asked me in depth about the deals I worked on in previous internship: deal structure, parties involved, what I did on a day to day basis.
I mentioned that I built a simple operating model with different scenarios and they asked me what are the most common formulas for them.
They asked me a tricky question that was: "who pays the restructuring fees of creditors' advisors in a restructuring deal?"
