The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Communication process was top notch. There was on campus recruiting. Met with a recruiter plus a senior associate on campus and then had an in person interview at the office with 4 people ranging from senior associate to Director.
Interview Questions
Nothing was too difficult as there were no technicals. The 2 hour interview with 4 people consisted of primarily fit based questions. Looking back, there were no behavorial based questions, truly bizarre. I have no idea how we spent two hours as there was nothing substantial learnt during the time. All four people gave me an opportunity to ask questions about the firm, I asked a couple of questions, wanted to make self appear interested. I had to drop nuggets about the transactions they had done in the past that I learnt from commercial observer to show them that I had done my research.

Interview
Applied on the website and kept hounding some guys that work there that I found on LinkedIn. Was then offered an interview in which I met with 6 people (associates up to VPs) 1-on-1 for roughly 30 mins each. Received an internship offer within 2 weeks. All in all, it was a great interviewing process. If you're passionate about real estate and are eager to learn real estate finance, the interviews will go well and will ultimately turn into behavioral interviews.
Interview Questions
Aside from the typical "why real estate" type questions the following were asked:
- What constitutes a 'good' office building in new york?
- Give me an example of a market analysis you did for a building in a case study?
- Give example of debt metrics you think we use?
