Spring insight interview that consisted of various strength based questions, but not based on my CV.
Interview Questions
There were no difficulties as it was the first stage. This means questions were basic and generally centered around knowing the oapnies values and what the company had been involved it. Also it was important I be able to consolidate my experiences, and discuss them at length. This was where not difficulty but a little struggle came in because at times random questions would be asked based on what I said, for example when I spoke of my love for languages I was asked what my most effective moethod of language learning has been.
