In addition, each company must be able to demonstrate: an innovative, technology-rich solution; the potential for fast, international growth; a defensible competitive advantage; a skilled, committed , ambitious management team; and a desire to generate value for shareholders. Our objective is to invest through a company's lifecycle from start-up and initial phases of growth through to exit either via a trade sale or an IPO. Our first round investments are typically between €o.5m and €5m. We lead the majority of our investments and make a limited number of co-investments with other lead investors. Through arrangements with syndicate partners we are able to lead significant-sized funding rounds. We structure innovative transactions that aim to ensure growth and stability in our investments and a maximum return for our investors.
