Interview
Adobe came on campus for first round interviews, flybacks to San Jose for a super day consisting of five 30 min interviews. Prior to the first round, an excel test, including a small case question requiring a proforma income statement, is submitted to the recruiter. The majority of the interviews were behavioral - not a ton of technical finance questions.
Interview Questions
Why do tech companies care more about the top line than bottom line growth?
Do you think a tech company would uses a fixed or variable cost model and why?
Tell me about a time you used data to support your opinions, which your boss disagreed with?

The rest of the questions were pretty straightforward: Tell me about yourself, why Adobe, why finance, why an MBA, and an MBA at the school I chose. There was also an unusual number of questions about what I like to do for fun - Adobe really values being genuine, so I think they like to see people who can show genuine interest or passion in their extracurricular interests.
