Through my network, I heard AACG was looking to add a new affiliate. I passed on my resume for consideration and went through a phone interview with HR. After that, I had a 1 on 1 interview with an Affiliate and a Principal in the Washington DC office. Though I did not have prior consulting experience, I was considered because of my industry experience, so most of our conversation revolved around that industry and their work there. I was asked questions about the future of the industry, areas to expand business, and my experience in project management. Both interviewers were very friendly and I got the sense that the culture was hard working but laid back.
