Interview
On-cycle, consisted of 5 rounds, no modeling test. First rounds with 2 VPs, went through case studies (more consulting-like) focused on NWC management and FCF walk. Then a round with senior VP, followed by personality test, then with two directors and a partner. The more you advance, the more background, experience-related questions they ask you (as opposed to being technical). Overall positive experience.

Interview
First a coffee chat, then case interview, then fit interview. Coffee chat casual and focused on teaching me about the firm. Case interview was pretty standard - interviewer describes a company, you ask questions, size it’s market, examine strengths and weaknesses, and finally make an investment decision. Fit interview focused on my background and was pretty harsh. Seemed like an OK culture.
