Interview
Interviewed several rounds, 2 on phone and 4 in person. The questions were a good mix of behavioral and technical. Although the technical werent that hard i.e. what would you do if you needed to boost margins on product but were beholden to labor contracts?
Interview Questions
They asked me what I would do if we wanted to boost margins on a particular product and we were beholden to labor contracts. Every answer I gave the VP had me use another answer i.e. we cant do this, we cant do that. I believe it was designed more so as a question to prove that I could think on my feet and think about how to frame a question in my mind that would allow us to get some data and arrive to an answer.

Another tough question they asked me was something along the lines of how did you handle an ethical problem at your last job?
