Interview Questions
All of the interview questions were easy to answer and we’re available online with a quick google search. The hirevue questions included basic leadership and behavioral questions about how I would handle certain situations. They asked about my career goals and what information I knew about the company and the finance leadership development program. The interview questions focused on culture and values, but was light on technical questions. The technical questions were related to financial statements and ratios.

Interview Questions
All questions are quite standard, some behavioral questions and some technical questions. Basically asked the working experience or projects that you listed on your resume. The interview was quite relaxed, with one person focused on behavioral aspect, the other focused on technical one. I was asked about my experience in Python and R, and which I prefer and why. What's the machine learning technique I used and what are the results. Be well prepared and learn your experience and you should be fine.

Interview
The first round is with a recruiter on campus from Aetna's HR department. Asked mainly behavioral questions in the star method
Interview Questions
There were no difficult or unexpected questions. They were all basic behavioral questions that can be told in the STAR format, the problem with this interview was that it felt very "corporate" and they were looking for your answers to check off certain boxes (the interviewer was checking off boxes as I spoke). Overall, the interview was not very tough however I did not really like the culture of the firm. The STAR Methodology should get any one a very long way in answering Aetna's behavioral questions.

Interview
The interview was straightforward, and was not too technical. Show interest in their company and prepare for behavioral questions.
Interview Questions
Speak about a time (using an example) when you worked on a team and had to solve a problem. The only technical questions I could remember were"
1. List out the three financial statements.
2. How does an insurance company make money?

Aside from that, make sure to give actual examples when they ask you situational questions. I used scenarios from my previous internships as well as on-campus organizations that I was a part of. The interview process as a whole is very straightforward, and not too technical.

Interview
The process was fairly nepotistic and had a few technicals. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversations that I had with all interviewers though as they were very cordial.
Interview Questions
Walk me through a DCF, Why would you lever and unlever beta. How would you value an apple tree? How would you value a lemonade stand. If you were stuck in a room and there were three light bulbs with no windows and a door that leads to another room with light switches, but you could only enter the light switch room twice how would you go about determining which switch corresponded to which light switch. Walk me through your reasoning. This last one is particularly tricky brainteaser but was easy to find on the internet after the interview and I assume is a fairly general and well used brainteaser.
