M&A Intern

I found the firm on the internet and called them. I had an interview with one of the partners. First he went over my resume and checked out my technical skills. I did not know anything about corporate finance, but he did not seem to mind and said I could compensate all that with my VBA skills. After the interview he told me he wanted to give me an internship, but would have to discuss that with his partner. He offered me a salary of 1600 a month. Unfortunately, the other partner did not want to hire someone with no corporate finance background.
