Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through the careers section on the GS website and was invited for a first-round Hirevue ~2 weeks later. ~2 weeks after the Hirevue, I was invited for a Superday at the Irving office. Superday was eight 30-minute interviews w/ VPs and MDs, followed by a lunch w/ the analysts. The Hirevue was entirely behavioral. The superday was 80% behavioral, 10% on markets, and 10% technicals. Heard back w/ offer status ~2 weeks after the superday.
